TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORGANIZING LEGAL ENTITY
“Funky Door LLC” (also written Funky Door) is an educational platform operated by the entity “Funky Door Yoga LLC” domiciled in Berkeley, CA.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
20% deposit is due upon registration, and must be paid by debit/credit card. The deposit is not refundable.
The balance is due in full 2 weeks before the training begins, unless you have made other arrangements with Funky Door Yoga LLC.
PAYMENT INCLUSIONS
Daily yoga classes, dialogue and posture clinics, lectures, teaching skills, yoga therapy, anatomy, posture technique, history & lineage, philosophy, and teacher feedback.
PAYMENT EXCLUSIONS
Travel to and from Berkeley, accommodations, housing, food, and other personal expenses.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
You must provide a letter from your personal general practitioner stating that you have no physical, mental, or emotional contraindications to conducting a twice daily 90-minute hot yoga practice.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION BY A TRAINEE
If a trainee cancels more than 30 days before the beginning of the training: full refund (less the 20% deposit)
If a trainee cancels less than 30 days before the beginning of the training: 50% refund (less the 20% deposit)
If a trainee cancels after the training has begun: No Refund
In the case of any refund, Funky Door will refund only what the trainee has paid to date.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION BY FUNKY DOOR LLC.
If for any reason Funky Door LLC needs to cancel a full refund will be given.
